Gasmet FTIR analyzers rule at China’s top environmental monitoring competition
At the 3rd National Ecological Environment Monitoring Professional Technical Personnel Competition (2024), held in December, Gasmet’s FTIR gas analyzers once again proved to be a trusted choice among China’s leading environmental monitoring professionals.
Often referred to as the “Olympics” of ecological environment monitoring, this national competition is organized every five years by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment together with several other ministries. It brings together top professionals from every province, each selected through regional qualification rounds to represent their teams in high-level technical challenges, including emission gaseous pollutant monitoring.
A defining feature of the competition is that participants use their own instruments. The analyzer they select becomes their “most powerful tool” when demonstrating technical accuracy, reliability, and real-world competence.
