Governance of the Nederman Group is carried out through shareholders via the Annual General Meeting, the board of directors, the CEO, and Nederman’s executive management team.
Implementation and compliance
All employees within Nederman are obliged to report suspected violations of this Code of Conduct, other Nederman policies or applicable laws to their superiors, the managers of their superiors, or through e-mail to nederman.whistleblowing@dnadvokat.se which is operated by a third party and is available 24/7, 365 days per year.
How to apply the Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct organizes and summarizes existing Nederman policies and should be used as a support tool laying down the principles on which our day-to-day work is based.

Sustainability goals
To ensure that we live up to our promise and our commitment, we have set targets for our work. The goals are related to customers, products and solutions, environmental impact, responsibility and people and we regularly monitor how well we are performing.
Energy consumption -20%
Reduce energy consumption in production by 20 percent by 2020 compared with 2013. At the end of 2016, the reduction was 14.8 percent.
Carbon dioxide emissions -20%
Reduce carbon dioxide emissions in production by 20 percent by 2020 compared with 2013. At the end of 2016, carbon dioxide emissions had increased by just under 30 percent.
Recovery 95%
Acheive 95 percent recycling of waste in production by 2020. At the end of 2016, recovery was 93.9 percent.
Code of conduct 100%
100 percent of the Company’s external suppliers shall work in accordance with Nederman’s Code of Conduct. At the end of 2016, this figure was 80 percent.
