Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS II e)

World-Class solution for Emissions Monitoring
Gasmet Continuous Emissions Monitoring System CEMS II e offers TÜV and MCERTS certified solution (QAL1) for a wide range of demanding emission monitoring applications. CEMS II e is suitable for a variety of industrial processes – from waste incineration to cement plants and beyond. As all system parts are heated up to 180 °C, this extractive system is ideal to measure pollutants from hot, wet and corrosive gas streams. Designed for Flexibility
Gasmet CEMS II e is specifically designed to increase flexibility provided by its modularity. This modularity and other various design possibilities of CEMS II e allow the device to be modified according to its user’s needs. Standard Gasmet CEMS II e consists of Gasmet FTIR analyzer, Gasmet sampling system and Gasmet industrial computer. If needed, CEMS II e can be equipped with a ZrO2 oxygen analyzer and/or Gasmet Flame Ionization Detector GFID.
For Simultaneous Gas Measurements
Gasmet CEMS II e is generally used to simultaneously measure the following 16 gases: H2O, CO2, CO, N2O, NO, NO2, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C2H4, C6H14 and CH2O. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) can also be measured with the FTIR analyzer. Thanks to the flexible and easy-to-use Calcmet software, the application can also be extended for more gases and ranges without hardware changes. The software collects, stores and visualizes the FTIR spectra of the sample gas and analyzes the concentrations of gas components. Sample spectra can be easily re-analyzed since the sample spectra are stored as separate files on an external computer. It also allows the identification of previously unknown components – a feature that has often shown its value in process control.
Emissions Monitoring System with Variety of Options for Connections
The Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS II e) is fully automatic system and has a variety of I/O configuration options. Both measuring data and alarm information can be transferred to other automation or reporting systems with analog or digital format. Additionally, the system is equipped with the possibility to use analog and digital inputs for external data.
Flexible Maintenance
The modular nature of the system offers more flexibility for maintenance: instead of having the whole system maintained, a singular module can be sent off to maintenance of local service separately. There are several options for CEMS II e maintenance, making the system easy and flexible for the user to operate. The system has an excellent annual availability and a 6-month maintenance interval. With Gasmet Technologies, there is always local technical service and support available.
