\u8a8d\u8b49\u6e2c\u91cf\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u7531 0 \u81f35 2010\/75\/EU<\/strong>\uff0c\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5be6\u65bd\u57f7\u884c\u6c7a\u7b56 <strong>(\u6b50\u76df) \u7b2c 2017\/1442 \u689d\u4f8b<\/strong>\uff0c\u70ba<strong>\u5927\u578b\u71c3\u71d2\u5ee0<\/strong>\u00a0 (large combustion plants\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31 <strong>LCPs<\/strong>) \u00a0\u5efa\u7acb\u73fe\u6709\u6700\u4f73\u6280\u8853 (best available techniques\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31 BAT) \u7e3d\u7d50\u3002\u5927\u578b\u71c3\u71d2\u5ee0\u662f\u6307\u90a3\u4e9b\u71c3\u71d2\u5ee0\u7684\u7e3d\u71b1\u80fd\u8f38\u5165\u91cf\u984d\u5b9a\u7b49\u65bc\u6216\u8d85\u904e 50 MW\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u6709\u6700\u4f73\u6280\u8853\u7e3d\u7d50\u5df2\u65bc 2017\u5e748\u670817\u65e5\u5728<a
