Gasmet™ In-Situ analyzer consists of a sample cell inserted into the stack or duct, heated steel mounting flange and the rugged GICCOR™ interferometer unit in an IP65 enclosure that is directly attached to the flange.
Gasmet™ In-Situ offers a cost-effective alternative for extractive systems in continuous emissions & process monitoring, where multiple compounds are monitored. Typically, concentrations of H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3 and CH4 are continuously monitored with a single Gasmet™ In-Situ. In addition, different VOC’s can be measured as individual compounds. There is no need for any span calibrations; only zero calibration with instrument air every 24 hours. Measurement results can be transmitted with analog 4–20 mA signals or with a digital protocol (MODBUS, PROFIBUS etc.).
By combining powerful FTIR technology with rugged in-stack measurement cell, the Gasmet™ In-Situ offers increased analytical capability and reduced cross-interference effects when compared with other types of in-situ analyzers.
