Gasmet Technologies can supply monitoring solutions for various research & development related tasks.
Application examples include engine exhaust measurements, combustion studies, catalytic research and greenhouse gas measurements. One Gasmet FTIR gas analyzer can measure simultaneously concentrations of CO2, N2O, CH4 and various other gases, such as amines, freons etc. (up to 50 gases can be measured simultaneously). As an example, Gasmet™ CR-series FTIR gas analyzers are used by universities, research institutes and R&D departments for demanding gas monitoring applications. Gasmet™ Cr-series FTIR gas analyzers are equipped with a LN2 cooled detector that allows the fastest possible response times & lowest detection limits. Various sample cell optical path lengths are also available – from 1 centimeter to 10 meters, covering measurement ranges from ppb (parts per billion) to volume percentage range.
For field monitoring campaigns, Gasmet Technologies can offer the portable Gasmet™ DX-series analyzers. There are models available for ambient air and process gas. Gasmet™ DX4030 (pictured on left) is a precise instrument for indoor air studies and greenhouse gas measurements. Lightweight yet rugged construction is ideal for on-site measurements.
All Gasmet™ FTIR gas analyzers are supplied together with Gasmet Technologies’ in-house developed Calcmet™ – software. All spectra and measurement results are stored on the hard drive of a computer where they can be readily accessed for post-measurement evaluation.
